I've seen such great delusions
With eyes tender to the sight
Of mishaps and contusions,
Suffering still through strengh and might.
And in times hard and troubled
They have learned to not be weary,
But astounded by things doubled
They believe another theory.
If everything has beauty
(And I feel that it all does)
These eyes shall be true to me
And give history as it was.
And hopefully obscurity does not care to blind
These memories held dearly in the corners of my mind.
