Talk About Inconvenient Truths...

In light of recent events I have been pondering the difference between acquaintences, friends, and other categories I would rather not discuss at this point in time. This whole building an army business is getting too old. Immaturity seems to be bliss for now, but I guess immaturity and ignorance must go hand in hand somehow. Who is to blame? I refer to The Crucible for an answer. Everyone, simply everyone. Who will be the judge? Who the jury? Seems there are few put up on the witness stand...
Don't burn your bridges yet. It won't be helpful for the future. You may have won the battle, but karma will win the war. If you find these separate statements to be gibberish, you may want to read and re-read again for clarification. This is not meant to do harm, just a simple statement, for karma works for and against everyone, without bias.
Nobody gives a shred of truth about anything anymore. It is all overly dramatic instigation, provoked by nothing but misunderstood thoughtlessness. On the other hand, it shows true character, and gives something to ponder. Everyone is at fault, everyone is to blame, nobody's slate is clean, not even the publisher of this solemn sermon (not to be taken literally, for all you religious folk out there). We should remember this for future reference, and never forget what the past has given us.

Still surprisingly cheerful after all this madness,

What Some Will Dare to Find

He's a simple man, a man not so much concerned about himself as he is about those around him. He is not bold, not even slightly courageous, in fact. His posture is hunched, as if he cannot help but slouch, and he creeps through life as quietly as mice beneath the floorboards.
He is kind, one of the most generous human beings to live here so long, but he is nameless... unknown to any random passerby that even dares to glance upon his worn, old face, creased with years of attempts to please those he cared for most.
He is grand. His memory has not yet faded and his heart has not yet grown cold. Upon his shoulders lies the weight of the world, and upon his mind weighs all evil that has dared to cross his path. Yet, he does not falter; he does not speak a word of hatred; he does not fear in life what he does not understand.

A bit More Solemn Than Usual

The past few days have surely put a dent in my somewhat monotonous life cycle, that of which I am partly thankful for, although I wish they could have been about something a bit less bitter. It seems as if the year has already been too harsh upon our poor souls, although I do believe that once we figure out the "ins and outs" (not referring to the food company) of this new lifestyle things will improve. For now I am content with just stepping back and observing my everyday education as well as those around me. I believe this will do me some good, but one never knows what interesting situations may arise. Seeing that I've already given up eight of my nine lives in the past week and a half, I'm quite intent on taking the analytical part and just letting the world slowly pass by for about a day. It gives me time for inquiry and relaxation, which I think we all should do and have at some point or another in our daily efforts. Perhaps it will even give me a better look at myself...

with love and respect
